One bedroom of approx. 11m2 with a double bed (160cm).
A 25 m2 bedroom with a double bed (160) and another bed (140) or cocooning area.
A bench dedicated to children, but why not to adults (please note that it is in the living room).
A living room with a dining area (Wifi and TV).
A bathroom (shower and toilet).
A fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob).

Upstairs, with independent access above the gîte

An independent bedroom of approx. 25 m2 with 2 beds of 160 and a terrace of approx. 15 m2.
An outdoor bathroom with shower, sink and toilet located on the tower terrace. A change of scenery is guaranteed, unless you're a bit chilly, but the showers and toilets are in cabins! So you won't be cold in the shower!

Sheets, comforters and towels provided.

Cleaning is also included in the price.

FOR YOUR SAFETY - we can't secure all the staircases and terraces, as the building is listed we don't have all the authorizations, so if you come with young children you'll REALLY need to keep an eye on them! THANK YOU

ALSO from mid-September to mid-March if it's cold, you can make a fire 🔥 in the fireplace.

Be careful if you come in large numbers in winter (10 people), the living room is not large for eating, but if you squeeze in, it is possible.
Otherwise, there is the large vaulted room but not heated so bring sweaters for the winter!

This building is designed for rest and quiet, so if you're a nice little tribe, but noisy until 3am, this won't be for you!
In short, no parties, except on July 14 or December 31... A FOND !!! 🥳
But for a bunch of buddies re-enacting the world on the terrace around the bbq with fresh local rosé... that's a yes!!☀️
